TROY, MI – July 11, 2023 – LeMax Becks has been named to the position of Manager, Collision Estimating for MOTOR Information Systems. LeMax will lead team members responsible for developing light-duty collision parts and labor information, as well as provide resource development, coaching and project performance updates.

Lemax came to MOTOR as a contract Content Analyst in October 2016, working for the Image Management team and becoming an employee in December 2017. After 2 years of support, an opportunity was accepted by LeMax to expand his exposure at MOTOR, joining the Collision Estimating team in November of 2018 as a parts analyst. LeMax continued to demonstrate success in multiple ways, including file development, but more impactful was his leadership skills exhibited within the team. LeMax was recognized for his ongoing contributions and was extended a Supervisor, Collision Parts role in March 2022 where he has been highly successful in developing his assigned resources. Prior to working at MOTOR, LeMax held several management roles at multiple large aftermarket automotive parts retailers for 20 years.
